Our 5-step Branding Project Process - without a website
1. Consultation & Offer
You can ask us your questions in the first free consultation on the phone or video call. Together we will find out whether a collaboration is an option. You will then receive an offer from us by email.
2. Strategy Discussion & Briefing
Once you have confirmed the offer, I will send you a selection of suggested dates for our strategy meeting. In the video call, we will go into detail about your company and discuss which strategy is suitable for your personal branding. What makes you and your idea unique? Who is your target group? What values do you represent with your brand? Does a weakness possibly give rise to a strength in your branding?
On this basis, we determine the tonality of your brand design. Based on the tonality of your brand, we will discuss your colour concept, logo approaches and suitable font styles. Based on our discussion, I'll write a short briefing that I'll send to you for cross-checking.
3. Drafts & Presentations
Now it's time for the design phase. I work out the discussed approaches for your logo, your colour concept and your font and prepare them in a PDF presentation. Once I have sent you the drafts, it's time for the next phase.
4. Feedback & Correction loops

5. Acceptance & Delivery
Once you have approved your brand concept, I will create the style guide in which your brand strategy and all elements of your brand design are defined and explained. There you will also find all the download links where you can download your logo files, the font and the logo data guide. Your personal branding is now ready!

Yes, only after the first free consultation (approx. 30 - 60 minutes) via phone, video call or email, you will receive an offer from me that you can confirm. After that, I generally do not offer any further unpaid advance services.

We discuss and conceptualize your brand design concept together before we start designing. Together we will define a design direction. What impact should your branding have? Which logo approaches are best and which colors suit your company best? You will therefore be involved in the branding process even before the design begins.

After the order confirmation, you will receive a down payment invoice for 50% of the offer amount. This gives both sides enough security.

My brand design price packages are designed for solo freelancers - not for companies. This means that I can always transfer the full rights of use for the branding price packages without incurring disproportionately high costs for you. You receive the unrestricted rights of use at the fixed price of the booked package. This means you are on the safe side financially and there are no additional claims.
